A 28 page illustrated book designed to help young children who have a parent struggling with addiction.  It can help validate their varied emotions by describing, naming and normalizing them and by teaching them to recognize physical responses to chronic stress and difficult feelings. We provide practical solutions for coping with the challenges inherent in their lives. Children learn to achieve a much-needed sense of control in their lives through movement, voice and mindful breathing exercises, and by seeking help from important, stable adults in their lives.
